Sounds like a plan. Though I will give you plenty of shit for the dual steering stabilizer.

Have not put the stabilizer on yet I have a death wobble that will not come out running out of options every shop I've been to has told me to put it on and it should knock it out do you have any suggestions Death wobble is serious. Replacing the steering stabilizer (or adding another one) is just a band aid fix. Any "mechanic" that suggests that is either lazy or clueless. Google "Planman death wobble". He did a very detailed and thorough write-up on jkowners.com. Check the torque on everything you touched when installing the lift. All control arms should have been loosened prior to installing new springs, then torqued to spec once back on the ground. Front track bar bolt on the axle end is a usual culprit, either loose or wallowed out hole because Jeep uses a bolt smaller than the hole. It can be a long process, but go through it methodically and you'll solve it properly.

If the suspension is set correctly, you can ride fine without the dampener. Here's a link to planman's writeup + videos explaining the whole process: www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-write-ups-39/write-up-diagnosing-death-wobble-fixing-non-dw-shimmies-wobbles-260145/You can grab the Grade 8 bolts and washers needed from Ace Hardware, though you might have trouble finding stover lock nuts (metal locking thread instead of nylon). I have a few laying around that will fit the 9/16-18 bolts. If you can't source any, let me know. Which suspension lift are you running?

I had a death wobble, upgraded the steering stabilizer and it helped but did not fix the problem. Turns out that my front passenger side lower control arm was bent bad from an encounter with a large rock. That caused the tire on that side to wear unevenly over time. A new set of tires and an alignment fixed the problem for me.
