I have amassed a small pile of gift certificates from Qtech. Here are my possibilities 1. AEV procal (to correct speedometer and lower TPMS) 2. Uniden Pro520 XL CB (plus assorted cables and antennas) C. Save it longer and put it towards a winch like the XRC-8 comp (but this will "require" a new bumper) 4. Or if anyone is about to order for Qtech and wants to buy them... Wishful thinking. If I get the CB I want to do this install (and I WILL need help) So cast your votes or make a suggestion.

I think I have a 3 and 4ft one. And I ran mine under my roll bar pad. And I think 18ft of coaxle is the majic number for best reception..

Running wires is not a big deal, the tuning on the other hand is something that you should let a cb shop help with. I believe there is one on the bypass to petal, I still need to go get mine done.
Have you looked into the Cobra like I have? It works well and doesn't require that big box. Its like $99.

I think I'm gonna get what Blake has everything is handheld it's clean and takes up less space. There's a midland and a cobra version: And josh just come take your pick.

Just picked up a Cobra 29 from the local pawn shop here in Sumrall, they hooked me up with antenna and some free coax and brackets. Gonna install it later on if I can get a cloud to cover up the sun for a minute.

I think the main difference in those two is that the midland is made to plug in to lighter port where as the cobra is a hardwired piece.
