New to the forum. Looking forward to meeting everyone. I don't go wheeling much (yet). Just picked up a "new to me" 2007 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, had a 2.5" lift and some 2014 Rubicon wheels/tires put on. Mainly use the jeep as a spare vehicle and for hunting and fishing and such. Cheers! Jeremy Attachments:

Welcome! Sometimes I wish my Jeep wasn't a daily driver! Welcome. I've thought about going crazy with mine when it is no longer a daily driver, but lifted jeeps with larger tires are not bad daily drivers. The kids love it and I still get 16mpg on the highway. I guess it is bad when I think that 16mpg is "not that bad"

Thanks guys! I have a company truck that, for years has been all I drive. Got the jeep to have something that's "mine". I've had it a little over a week and have already done more than what my previous jeep had (2000 Sahara, bone stock) There's a lot more I want to do, so it'll be a driver and a work in progress as funds come available Plans: seat covers(www.headwatersseatcovers.com) all products made in U.S.A.! If someone else has tried them please let me know what you think. bumpers winch roof rack (maybe) 35's when my current tires wear out 6.2 LS conversion while I'm dreaming! ha

The 5.3 can be done for less, and plenty of engine to turn 35s.

Yeah, I saw a few on ebay the other day. The kit alone is about as much as the engine/trans. Can't remember what kit I was looking at but it was around $5k or more
